ONVO COSTA RICA is a Costa Rican corporation with legal ID 3-101-815764, is duly registered with the General Superintendence of Financial Entities to conduct activities as per Article 15 of Law No. 7786, "Law on Narcotics, Psychotropic Substances, Unauthorized Drug Use, Related Activities, Money Laundering, and Terrorism Financing". Specifically, it involves the management of third-party financial resources and systematic funds transfer. In line with this, it's emphasized that this registration is not an authorization to operate. The supervision carried out by this Superintendence is solely in the context of prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, as stated in Law No. 7786. Therefore, the General Superintendence of Financial Entities does not oversee the business offerings and operations of the company, nor its security, stability, or solvency.
